Just under a year ago, this website had only one page. It was a page with only our contact information along with a link to download our remote support tool.  This page was our tiny seed, (if you will).

In less than a year, this site has seen progressive growth. Growth in the form of a new web site design, the addition of a membership site, a helpdesk package, and as our membership has rapidly increased over the year, it is only natural that we proudly present you with our latest addition, the LOOKAtMyPC blog.

A Quick Background

While this site is relatively new to the public, our business of fixing computers over the internet is not. LOOKAtMyPC is an extension of our local business, PC Optimized, where we’ve been making small businesses, SOHO, and family clients happy over the past 8 years. While most of our work has been local, we’ve also been able to service clients throughout the United States during this same timeframe through our remote support service.

LOOKAtMyPC.com is an easy way for us to connect with you no matter where you are! All you need is an internet connection and we can fix your computer just as if we were sitting in your own office or home. You are able to watch what we do at all times and you are always in control.
